Acromegaly: appearance of the feet in the 17th year of disease

Patient, 42 years of age. Compared to her photograph at the age of 26, there has been significant progression of facial changes. The right eye became blind in the 15th year of disease (age 40), and a right esotropia (divergent squint) is apparent. There are numerous acneiform lesions on the face.
