White matter abnormalities (T2-weighted MRI) (2)

This T2-weighted MRI of the brain of a 30-year-old female migraineur shows presence of small white matter abnormalities resembling perivascular spaces and another larger white matter abnormality over the basal ganglia. (Contributed by Dr. Cory Toth.)
