Fatigue in multiple sclerosis
Fatigue in multiple sclerosis may be constant or intermittent, and may fluctuate with clinical disease worsening, such as a relapse. Severity varies between subjects or within the same subject throughout the course of the disease. Hot environments often trigger or worsen fatigue in heat-sensitive subjects. It is the most common and debilitating symptom of MS patients.
