Dilated supratentorial vessels: initial MRI brain

Axial T2-weighted images again show intraventricular hemorrhage (asterisk) within a dilated ventricular system. There are dilated flow-voids (arrows) that represent abnormally enlarged vessels. These indicate the presence of a high flow vascular malformation. (Contributed by Kristine Ann Blackham MD.)
