Acute dystonic reaction

This video demonstrates a woman who developed an acute dystonic reaction following exposure to metoclopramide. She exhibits prominent retrocollis (neck extension dystonia), a characteristic feature of acute dystonic reaction. Note that there is also subtle left lateral rotation of the neck. She reports discomfort in the neck region. (Contributed by Dr. Pichet Termsarasab.)
