Severe neck tic with potential risk of myelopathy

This patient demonstrates frequent and relatively severe dystonic motor tics, characterized by left lateral flexion of the neck and left shoulder shrugging. Repetitive and forceful neck movements can pose a significant risk of developing myelopathy. Prompt and appropriate treatment is crucial to prevent this potential complication.
