This video demonstrates a woman who developed an oculogyric crisis shortly after exposure to risperidone. She exhibits sustained, nonpainful upward deviation of both eyes. She is unable to voluntarily direct her gaze downward or laterally to either side. (Contributed by Dr. Pichet Termsarasab.)
