Dystonic storm

This video demonstrates a dystonic storm in a young man with pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration. The storm was triggered by the depletion of his deep brain stimulation battery, leading to a marked worsening of dystonia. Clinical features include severe truncal extension dystonia, retrocollis, profuse diaphoresis, and tachycardia. (Contributed by Dr. Pichet Termsarasab.)
