Neuroleptic malignant syndrome

This video demonstrates a woman with neuroleptic malignant syndrome from haloperidol use. She has altered mental status, along with marked rigidity of all extremities and a reduction in global movements. Low-amplitude myoclonic jerks are also seen in bilateral upper extremities.
