Neonatal Alexander disease follow-up at 9 months of age (MRI)

There is extensive T2 hyperintensity involving the bilateral supratentorial white matter, anterior predominant and less extensive in the posterior hemispheres. Also shown is abnormal signal intensity with edema in the bilateral basal ganglia. (Contributed by Dr. Amy Waldman.)
