Subarachnoid hemorrhage (CT)

Computed tomography shows blood in the subarachnoid space, basal cisterns, and ventricles. There is pooling of blood in the subfrontal region, anterior hemispheric fissure, both Sylvian fissures, and the pericallosal region, suggestive of an anterior communicating artery aneurysm.
