Axial intracranial contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MR image after six pulses of cyclophosphamide in a woman with granulomatosis with polyangiitis causing cavernous sinus syndrome and diabetes insipidus. There is reduction in the volume of abnormal cavernous sinus-enhancing chronic inflammatory tissue (arrows) compared with pre-treatment imaging.
