Pontine lesion compatible with central pontine myelinolysis (MRI)

MRI fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) in 2007 (a, c) and in 2014 (b, d). Over this 7-year period, there was a reduction in the apparent volume of central pontine myelinolysis (a, b); the hyperintensities in deep white matter and in deep nuclei are similar over this period (c, d).
