Congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus presenting as osmotic demyelination syndrome in infancy (follow-up MRI)

Follow-up MRI performed at 20 months of age showed symmetric high-signal-intensity changes in the superior cerebellar peduncle, lateral pons, thalami, and posterior limb of internal capsule on T2-weighted images (T2WI).
