Proptosis patient after radiation therapy (photograph)

This photo was taken approximately 2 weeks after several weeks of orbital radiation in daily fractions. There is marked reduction of chemosis. The lid is less boggy and motility is improving. The patient now has no diplopia in the central 20 degrees of visual field. (Contributed by Dr. Mark Duffy.)
