Proptosis patient after radiation therapy (photograph)

This photo was taken approximately 2 weeks after several weeks of orbital radiation in daily fractions. The lid is less boggy, and ocular motility and alignment have improved. The patient now has no diplopia in the central 20 degrees of visual field. (Contributed by Dr. Mark Duffy.)
