Spinocerebellar ataxia type 17

This video demonstrates a patient with spinocerebellar ataxia type 17. She has left foot chorea. There are low-amplitude myoclonic jerks involving multiple body regions, which are more prominent when performing manual tasks, such as the finger following test in this video.
