Patient with central pontine myelinolysis demonstrating pseudobulbar affect. She was asked, “Do you ever feel sad?” This question was sufficient to evoke this response, demonstrating the emotional lability characteristic of pseudobulbar affect. (Contributed by Dr. Jack Riggs.)
