A United States Army Survey Team member with the 21st Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team (WMD-CST), New Jersey National Guard, is placed on a decontamination line during a training exercise at Fort Hancock and Sandy Hook Proving Ground National Historic Landmark, Sandy Hook, New Jersey, on September 25, 2018.
